The company builds professional-grade athletic venues — running tracks, artificial turf fields, seasonal domes, permanent domes, gymnasiums, fitness studios, and clubhouses — on land made available by Ontario school boards and municipalities through long-term partnership agreements.

MSP funds the full cost of design and construction. Public partners (school boards and municipalities) provide the land and receive exclusive use of the facility during school or municipal hours at no ongoing charge. MSP operates the facility during evenings, weekends, and holidays through rentals and league programming.

The model requires no public capital. School boards and municipalities gain world-class infrastructure without drawing on their capital budgets.
